Implementation and Integration Specialist

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a digital adoption platform across enterprise systems. Combine project management, learning and development, instructional design with configuration and deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying in-app support features such as walkthroughs, tooltips, smart prompts, guided workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), data privacy regulations, and security policies

Days will be filled with designing, developing, implementing interactive in-app tailored guides, maintaining instructional design artefacts, aligning content with policies, and monitoring platform analytics.

The ideal candidate has a curious approach, big picture mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with technical expertise and experience in similar positions supporting large programs of work.
