Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced category leader to drive our pharmacy channel strategy across key customers.

  • Develop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with business goals and customer priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive alignment and shared success.
  • Lead change initiatives across the channel, introducing new ways of working, process improvements, and capability development.
  • Represent the organization as a category expert, influencing customer strategies and contributing to the health and wellness agenda.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 2 Category Managers and 2 Assistant Category Managers.
  • Own the commercial performance of the pharmacy channel, including promotional planning, pricing strategy, and performance tracking.
About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Category & Brand Experience Director. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes and leading cross-functional teams to drive integrated business solutions.

What You Need:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, economics, commerce, or a related discipline, with minimum 10 years of senior experience in category management or customer/channel leadership.
