Job Title: Head of Category

The Blackmores Group is seeking a senior category or sales professional to lead its biggest and most strategic channel, Pharmacy.

  • We are looking for a dynamic leader to develop and implement the Pharmacy channel strategy for Blackmores and BioCeuticals across all key customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success.

This role has direct responsibility and is the category lead for Chemist Warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, economics, commerce, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior roles across category management or customer/channel leadership is essential.
  • Proven experience in the pharmacy channel, particularly with Chemist Warehouse and health & wellness categories, is also required.

The successful candidate will have exceptional skills in data analysis, insight generation, and strategic planning to inform category decisions and commercial strategies.

Strong understanding of promotional strategy, pricing, and commercial performance metrics within retail environments is also required.
