Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Business Support Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the business support function, ensuring that all administration, reporting, and account processes are delivered with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

You will lead a small team that underpins contract delivery, client service, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the region.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape processes, improve systems, and foster a supportive culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Manage the business support function, ensuring administration, reporting, and account processes are delivered with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear communication and effective resolution.
  • Oversee training records and maintain essential safety and compliance documentation.
  • Manage operational databases covering inventory, repairs, subcontractor records, quotations, invoices, and staff leave.
  • Drive purchasing and invoicing activities, from supplier quotations and purchase orders through to goods receipts and client billing.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, including onboarding, compliance, and financial processes.
  • Support project financials with cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accountability and transparency.
