Key Responsibilities

As Admin Manager, you will lead and manage the business support function, ensuring administration, reporting, and account processes are delivered with accuracy, quality, and timeliness. This includes:

  • Leading and managing the team that underpins contract delivery, client service, and compliance.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear communication and effective resolution.
  • Overseeing training records and maintaining essential safety and compliance documentation.
  • Managing operational databases, including inventory, repairs, subcontractor records, quotations, invoices, and staff leave.
  • Driving purchasing and invoicing activities.
  • Supporting project financials with cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

Your Qualifications

We seek an experienced leader with a strong background in managing business support and administration within complex technical and operational environments. You should be organized, adaptable, and skilled in modern ways of working, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as SAP.
