The organisation seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead the Business Operations function in its aged care division. This is a newly created role, providing an opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the future direction of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, administration, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
- Take ownership of financial management, budgeting, compliance reporting, and governance frameworks.
