Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified professional to coordinate and deliver programs for young children, parents/caregivers, and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with parents/caregivers to provide information and referral support.
  • Support the establishment and delivery of innovative programs for disadvantaged groups and community members.
  • Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program outcomes.
  • Record client information, activity outputs, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Children's Work, Youth Work, or Community Development.
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children and developing programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Ability to facilitate groups and program sessions, promoting participant engagement and inclusivity.
  • Understanding of diverse backgrounds, cultures, religions, and sexuality, with the ability to adapt programs accordingly.
