Youth Development Coordinator

This dynamic role focuses on supporting the design, development, and delivery of therapeutic, peer, educational, recreation, and culturally safe programs for children and young people aged 8-25.
As a Youth Engagement and Wellbeing Practitioner, you will collaborate with agencies and communities to deliver engaging, inclusive, and empowering services and events.
Key Responsibilities- Co-design and deliver programs that support emotional, social, educational, and cultural development of young people.
- Build mentor capacity and lead trauma-informed approaches to support mentees.
- Support young people to overcome barriers and achieve their goals in education, employment, and wellbeing.
- Experience in Youth Work, Community Development, Program Facilitation, or a related field.
- Proven ability to engage and support children and young people with complex needs and diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and lead with empathy.
