Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective operational supervision.
- Maintain program fidelity, coordinate reviews, and manage Annual Work Plans with relevant authorities.
- Proven experience in supervising or mentoring team members, utilizing strengths-based approaches.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment services and Centrelink initiatives, including linkages with employers or networks related to youth employment.
- Ability to set and achieve team goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Relevant qualification and valid driver's license required.
