Exciting Opportunity for Immediate Start: Front of House / Administration Support at Champions in Real Estate
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a passionate and personable Front of House / Administration Support to join the Champions in Real Estate team
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in managing our Front of House operations and delivering exceptional service to both external and internal clients. With a supportive and collaborative team, you will work closely with our Lead Agents, providing essential administrative and marketing support as needed.
This role is perfect for an energetic, organised, and professional individual with a warm, friendly manner. It offers a fantastic opportunity to further your career in real estate, providing exposure to various aspects of Property Management and Real Estate Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome and delivering outstanding customer service to all clients and visitors
- Providing general support to the Sales & Property Management teams
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence for the team
- Data entry and database management, ensuring updates are accurate and timely
- Organising and filing documents, including scanning and maintaining records
- Assisting with agent and property marketing
- Processing and managing contracts
- Managing workflow and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- General administrative tasks as needed
About the Role:
This full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work closely with our experienced team, with a primary focus on welcoming clients, directing calls, and ensuring the office is always presented at its best. You will also provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A Real Estate Sales Person Registration Certificate
- A reliable car and driver's licence
- Previous experience in an administration support / customer service role
- Property Management experience would be beneficial
- Initiative and strong organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise competing demands
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant software
