Supportive and Palliative Care Specialist

- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with complex needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Support the education and training of junior medical staff and students.
- Possess or be eligible for registration with the relevant health practitioner regulatory agency.
- Hold a current driver's license class C or higher.
- Hold a fellowship of a relevant professional organization or equivalent.
- Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge in supportive and palliative care, including experience in quality assurance activities and evidence-based best practice.
- Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
