Job Title:

Project Handover Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Handover Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that project handovers are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality control processes are followed to ensure acceptable standards.
  • Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes meet desired standards.
  • Manage mastic application and quality assurance.
  • Complete snagging tasks to ensure works meet acceptable standards.
  • Report against programme to project team.

Leadership and Management:

  • Brief site team on daily and weekly activities.
  • Manage and lead on-site finishing teams.
  • Direct manufacturer's finishing resource to complete tasks.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Ability to create RAMS and addendums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full valid UK driving license.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Accident Investigator.
