Project Handover Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Handover Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that project handovers are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control processes are followed to ensure acceptable standards.
- Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes meet desired standards.
- Manage mastic application and quality assurance.
- Complete snagging tasks to ensure works meet acceptable standards.
- Report against programme to project team.
Leadership and Management:
- Brief site team on daily and weekly activities.
- Manage and lead on-site finishing teams.
- Direct manufacturer's finishing resource to complete tasks.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to create RAMS and addendums.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full valid UK driving license.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Accident Investigator.
