About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of customer-facing digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
