Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design of customer experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.
  4. Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure customer needs are met.
  5. Lead design workshops and co-design sessions to engage stakeholders and drive collaboration.
  6. Communicate design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through effective storytelling and presentation.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in experience design and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design solutions.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in experience design or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality design solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and ability to apply this knowledge to drive design decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through design.
