Senior User Experience Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Charterhouse. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in large, complex environments with a strong UX background.



The UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the modernisation of an existing system, streamlining existing processes to align with the organisation's digital transformation objectives.



Key Responsibilities


  • Creating detailed Figma prototypes and UX/UI designs
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with senior stakeholders to present research findings and proposed solutions
  • Collaborating with service designers, UX/UI designers, product owners, change managers, project managers, business analysts, and developers
  • Providing direction to the UX Analyst as needed


Requirements


  • At least two years of experience as a UX Designer in large, complex environments with a strong UX background
  • A minimum of two years creating conceptual UX designs using Figma for prototyping purposes
  • Comfortable working hands-on with Front-End developers and within an agile delivery team
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or significant relevant experience in digital design, design research, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders and team members
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working in complex, highly regulated, and diverse organisations
  • Figma, Miro, and Jira skills are mandatory
