**Design and Deliver Successful Product Experiences**



Lendi Group seeks a skilled Senior Product Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver product experiences that not only meet the needs of our customers and internal users but also align with and drive business objectives.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of successful product experiences.
  • • Leverage research findings, data insights, and user feedback to create actionable design solutions and experiments that enhance both user experience and business outcomes.
  • • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across the product portfolio.
  • • Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to stakeholders and team members.
  • • Facilitate co-design workshops to encourage collaborative problem-solving and innovation.
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve product experiences.


**Ideal Candidate:**




  • Requirements:
  • • Advanced degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • • Proven track record in designing and delivering successful product experiences.
  • • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user experience, and usability.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • • Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
