About the Role

Cocoon Group Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Disability Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective and safe running of our sites, ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to participants with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our participants.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role in the disability sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex care needs and high physical demands.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants, families, and colleagues.
