Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the technical requirements to develop solutions for engaging attendees at high-level events and conferences.
- Evaluate and optimize CRM systems for maximum efficiency, ensuring seamless integration with software applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and configure required software tools for effective outreach.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement, providing actionable insights for process optimization.
- Generate monthly performance reports on acquisition metrics, using data-driven analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Customize reporting tools to track the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with expertise in Hubspot.
- Ability to create data-driven performance reports and customize tools to track outreach effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive results through data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A proven track record of success, with consistent overachievement of goals and KPIs.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on supporting cross-functional teams.
