Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients based onsite in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair print equipment on client sites to ensure high-quality output and efficient operation.
  • Provide face-to-face and phone technical support to clients while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate and perform basic fault-preventative servicing for printing equipment.
  • Manage paper stock levels, refill paper trays, and order consumables as needed.
  • Deliver customer training on printer operation and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service, client management, and troubleshooting skills.
  • A desire to learn and expand industry knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  • Enjoy problem-solving, working with hands-on tasks, and resolving technical issues at a client and technical level.
  • Print industry experience or background in client-facing roles or IT-related environments highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and be mobile across multiple sites.
