This is a permanent, hybrid role with an IT solutions provider in Canberra.
The position involves handling escalations from the level 2 team, resolving complex technical issues across modern infrastructure, and contributing to BAU and project work. It requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and excellent time management.
Main Responsibilities:- Primary Escalation Point: Act as the main point of contact for all High Priority Incidents.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve level 3 technical issues and communicate with clients and service teams.
- Onsite Support: Provide deskside support and onsite visits to various clients.
- Infrastructure Management: Support applications, networks, phones, security, and infrastructure for clients.
- Issue Escalation: Collaborate and escalate level 3 issues to Senior System Administrators or SME Specialists.
- 5+ years of technical support experience, preferably with an MSP.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A team player with strong listening, feedback processing, and knowledge sharing abilities.
