Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services across various sites in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who can drive business growth while maintaining exceptional standards.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of contract deliverables, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating resources to optimize performance.

This role requires a strong technical knowledge of horticulture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, at least five years' experience leading teams, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
