Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced team leader to manage a full-time site located in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and programming tasks, managing a team to ensure efficiency and quality is maintained, and regularly liaising with the management team to provide a high-quality service for the client.

The role involves ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner and working with the team to meet targets. Management of various landscapes onsite, ranging from formal gardens to parks and open spaces, is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in the horticulture industry
  • Qualification in horticulture or equivalent essential
  • Experience operating and maintaining commercial landscape maintenance equipment
  • Ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Current Chemcert desirable or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
