About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Growth Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across our NSW/ACT South Coast customer base.

Job Description

This is an exceptional chance for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of their territory and contribute to the success of our beloved brands. As a Territory Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets through the acquisition of new business and the development of effective sales strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving volume and revenue sales targets through the implementation of strategic sales plans;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory;
  • Managing company assets, including fridges and other equipment;
  • Coordinating promotions, merchandising, and brand development activities to drive sales growth;
  • Providing market information and feedback to management to inform business decisions;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong balance between behaviours and results, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will also need to be proficient in interpersonal skills and able to develop warm and meaningful relationships with customers.
