Zambrero, Australia's largest Mexican franchise, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Erindale restaurant team.

We're a quick-service restaurant offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger through our Plate 4 Plate initiative. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high workplace standards, and driving financial results.

  • Lead your team with enthusiasm and expertise, fostering a positive culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and community involvement.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery by managing inventory, ordering stock from suppliers, and coordinating daily cleaning operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls, to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance sales growth, customer engagement, and employee retention.
