Job Description

This pivotal role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to orchestrate the CEO's office within a dynamic environment. The Executive Coordinator will blend strategic coordination and project management to amplify the CEO's effectiveness and empower timely, informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and manage the CEO's calendar to optimize efficiency and drive strategic alignment
  • Manage the CEO's inbox, triaging critical communications and crafting high-quality correspondence reflecting the CEO's voice and vision
  • Drive significant strategic projects and initiatives from conception to completion, working with the CEO and Chief of Staff to deliver outcomes
  • Cultivate a welcoming, efficient environment within the office, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a premium workspace experience
  • Build and nurture influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to support multiple initiatives
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, fast-paced environments with calm, confidence and sound judgment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital tools, with adaptability to emerging technologies including AI applications
