Job Description

Senior Partnership Manager Position Overview:

The Senior Partnership Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with superannuation partners. This role involves building lasting relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery at every stage, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and assess business opportunities to grow the partnership
  • Lead discussions on product design change and implementation
  • Provide expert guidance on commercial acumen and group insurance pricing

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working within the Superannuation and/or Life Insurance Industry
  • Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation/influencing capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of group insurance pricing and products
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
