About the role:
John Holland's Infrastructure division is currently delivering some of Australia's most complex projects, including major transportation and water infrastructure projects. Due to industry expansion, the John Holland Infrastructure business is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for an upcoming project in regional NSW.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Interpreting contracts and drafting correspondence
- Assessing claims and identifying potential issues
- Monitoring contractor notifications and correspondence
- Reviewing contractor reports and escalating any missing information or inconsistencies
- Collating information for project reports
- Attending meetings with contractors and other stakeholders
Requirements for the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project contract administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
