At John Holland, we're committed to transforming lives through our work on complex infrastructure projects. As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our $450m Water Infrastructure project in regional NSW.
We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating better lives for people. If you're passionate about contract administration and have a strong background in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret contracts and draft correspondence to ensure smooth project execution
- Assess claims and identify potential issues to prevent delays
- Monitor contractor notifications and correspondence to ensure compliance with contract terms
- Review and escalate missing information, inconsistencies, or potential claims
- Collate information for weekly and monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Attend meetings with contractors and other third parties as required
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project contract administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and support broader team objectives
