Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking experienced site managers to lead industrial projects in Perth's northern and southern suburbs. With a strong support team in place, this is an excellent opportunity to join a builder that values consistency and on-site leadership.


Your Role:
  • Run day-to-day site operations from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, materials, and scheduling
  • Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
  • Keep clear records and liaise closely with project stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Site management experience in industrial or tilt-up construction
  • Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
  • Confident leadership style with a focus on WHS and delivery
  • Full Australian working rights and local Perth project experience
