Site Operations Leader

As a seasoned leader in construction site operations, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a high-profile project at Highgate Primary School. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and timely delivery of this $12 million modular classroom build.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate resources and generate contracts.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate hazards and risks.
Requirements:
  • A trade certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Proven construction site supervision experience.
  • White Card and First Aid certification.
  • Open driver's license.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple project sites.
  • Excellent time management and planning abilities.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, reports, and engineering specifications.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Ability to travel between site in Highgate, Perth and the Rockingham office.
