Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our commercial strategies and drive revenue growth.

About the Role
  • This role requires the ability to develop and execute regional commercial strategies, manage sales pipelines, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Lead generation, cold calling, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships through networking, attending events, and staying abreast of industry advancements.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts in advancing and winning deals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or information technology.
  • 3+ years experience in B2B complex sales and enterprise sales.
  • Exposure to the mining industry or earth sciences is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities with long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and manage a strong, well-qualified opportunity pipeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets quarterly and annually.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity for both technical and strategic business thinking.
