Strategic Sales Professional Role

A pivotal position within a sales organisation, offering customers productive and innovative equipment solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS MULTIPLE OPERATIONS.
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLAN TO DELIVER MEASURABLE VALUE.
  • IDENTIFY AND PROMOTE INNOVATIONS THAT ALIGN WITH CUSTOMER GOALS IN SAFETY, PRODUCTIVITY, DECARBONIZATION, AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.
  • MANAGE CONTRACT PERFORMANCE, LEAD COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATIONS, AND ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH AGREED TERMS, PRICING STRUCTURES, AND KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in strategic account management, technical sales, or mining services.
  • Strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical acumen and familiarity with mining equipment and automation technologies.
