As a Technical Business Analyst at Auto & General, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through operational and infrastructure systems. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure our features meet expectations within a complex Enterprise landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing analysis for business cases, benefits, and solutions.
  • Analyzing business processes and systems for improvement.
  • Assisting with test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining business process documents and requirements.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to project requirements and implementation.
  • Aligning IT systems with business operations through vendor and internal analysis.
  • Facilitating meetings, building consensus, and engaging with executive sponsors.
  • Participating in implementing and changing on-premise, SaaS, and cloud systems.
  • Building relationships, making quick decisions, and solving problems.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations with clear communication.
  • Designing and leading workshops using various facilitation techniques.
  • Supporting project managers, change managers, and delivery teams.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing project delivery.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to improve practices and productivity.
  • Developing and presenting high-level project communications.
  • Managing and supporting special projects as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of business analysis experience.
