About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience through operational and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Requirements: Oversee requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs and system constraints.
  • Develop Analysis: Create analysis for business cases, benefits, and solutions, driving informed decision-making.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Identify areas for improvement in business processes and systems, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with Test Plans: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, ensuring seamless user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving project success.
  • Prepare Business Process Documents: Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documents, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project requirements and implementation, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Align IT Systems: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align IT systems with business operations, driving operational excellence.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Lead meetings, build consensus, and engage executive sponsors, driving project momentum and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Participate in System Implementation: Collaborate with project managers, change managers, and delivery teams to implement and change on-premise, SaaS, and cloud systems.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, driving project success and business outcomes.
  • Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Clearly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Design and Lead Workshops: Develop and facilitate workshops using various facilitation techniques, driving business outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Business Analysis Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business operations and systems.
  • Education: Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: IIBA-ECBA and/or IIBA-AAC certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable Skills: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, experience in regulated industries, knowledge of security frameworks, and familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
