- Develop and execute a strategy for streamlined onboarding and account management services, leading to higher conversion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ideate, design, implement new features and functionalities.
- Prioritise feature development based on user feedback, business goals, and industry best practices.

- Maintain and optimise current onboarding flows and processes while moving forward with a new platform build.
- Combine traditional KYC methods with innovative technology to enhance and expand the capabilities of our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a customer-centric, scalable, and globally competitive Onboarding platform.
- Take ownership of Onboarding and accounts conversion end to end. Be the subject matter expert, observing and measuring our conversion numbers, work with UX and research teams to conduct research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and areas for improvement
