Intelligent Conversational Experience Specialist

- Three years of experience in contact centre operations and technology, with a focus on process improvement.
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, IT, computer science, or equivalent industry expertise.
- Two to three years' experience in software product development, analysis, and design.
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies and proficiency with product management tools.
As a Product Specialist for Conversational AI, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience and align with business goals. This includes collaborating across teams and vendors to deliver smart features.
Key responsibilities include refining speech-to-text outputs for clarity, pacing, and tone aligned with brand voice and customer experience standards.
You will work closely with the Customer Team and report to the Product Owner – Conversational AI.
