Strategic HR Professional

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of HR Adviser at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
As an HR Adviser, you will provide specialist support to SES leaders and their staff, as well as contribute to the development of innovative HR strategies and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
You will have the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and gain experience working on complex projects, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist support to SES employees and their offices on HR and employment matters.
- Support the team with SES reporting, including input into the SES cohort and SES workforce planning dashboard.
- Manage end-to-end SES recruitment, including advice on contemporary and best practice recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate induction briefings for new SES employees.
