Job Description:

  • As a senior compliance leader, you will play a pivotal role within the APAC Compliance and Conduct Risk team, responsible for leading regulatory change and compliance management across the region.
  • This position involves overseeing the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure effective compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance Management - Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and systems.
  2. Regulatory Change & Implementation - Lead the identification, assessment, and implementation of new requirements across the business.
  3. Monitoring & Assurance - Lead monitoring and assurance activities to assess compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  4. Reporting - Prepare accurate, insightful compliance reports for management and executive audiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in compliance roles within APRA-regulated entities or highly regulated environments.
  • Exposure to Line 1 and/or Line 2 compliance roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the business.
