Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the transformation of our procurement assurance and compliance processes. As a Director, Procurement Assurance & Compliance, you will be responsible for establishing and embedding robust procurement assurance frameworks with ongoing monitoring and reporting.

The successful candidate will promote ethical standards in procurement, including measures to address modern slavery, fraud, corruption prevention, Indigenous procurement, and ESG performance. Additionally, they will represent us in forums and committees, providing leadership and oversight for governance-related initiatives.

About You
  • A strategic executive leader with deep expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management best practices
  • Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks, risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration, influence decision-making, and promote a culture of procurement excellence, risk awareness, and sustainability
  • Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments is highly regarded
