Job Title: Executive Manager, Financial Crime Compliance

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Manager to lead our Financial Crime Compliance team. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial crime compliance at an executive level, with a deep understanding of AML/CTF, Sanctions, ABC, and ATE principles and requirements. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial crime compliance strategies, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify and mitigate risk.

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial crime compliance policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and external partners;
  • Provide expert advice on financial crime compliance matters to senior stakeholders;
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence large groups of stakeholders. They will be able to demonstrate strong judgement and decision-making capabilities, and will have experience proactively uplifting capability, driving change, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
