Job Overview

The Position:

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our risk management and compliance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serving as key advisor to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in overseeing enterprise-wide risk and compliance management frameworks.
  • Supporting key projects and initiatives, contributing to the design of group and regional policies, frameworks, procedures to identify, assess, and manage various types of risks and compliance obligations.
  • Coordinating and/or preparing risk and compliance reports for the senior leadership team, the regional risk committee, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
