Role Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Professional in Melbourne to support our growth priorities across various service lines, sectors, and strategic initiatives aligned with our Client Strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with the broader Business Development team, Client Strategy, and other relevant stakeholders to foster a business development culture within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and Development: Develop appropriate Business Development objectives, plans, and activities as required; support national and local Business Development in their plan development for assigned growth areas, aligning with our Growth Framework and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Action: Support growth initiatives from plans for both local growth priority areas and national strategic growth areas, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and Business Development teams.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Support local or national cross-service accounts as required, providing data and insights, and collaborating with the broader Business Development team or relevant stakeholders.
  4. Pipeline Development & Growth: Monitor and report on growth of local and national priority areas, and involve in activities to assist in building pipeline for stakeholders, collaborating with stakeholders and the broader Business Development and Client Strategy team.
  5. Pursuits: Support pursuit initiatives for the firm, both nationally and locally, collaborating with local stakeholders and the broader Business Development and Client Strategy team.
  6. Lead Identification & Nurture: Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, and convert leads, aligned with the local/national growth priority area's quality client criteria.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management roles.
