You will have ownership over your sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboard new ones. With a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, and full benefits, you will be rewarded for your individual performance. Your customer territory will be mainly based in Victoria, with most travelling within Melbourne and may require travel to other States. As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added flavours and colours portfolio to world-class customers. You will be an intricate part of the commercial management team, responsible for developing and delivering sales activities to food accounts. You will be given the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboard new ones. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success. This exciting role will be 5 days per week onsite in our Melbourne office. Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing a strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
* Selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience, ideally food/Pharma/Personal Care ingredients.
* Navigating large accounts and partnering with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
* Understanding Sensient's offering of product solutions and services.
* Ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction while keeping in line with company compliance.
