Sales Manager Position
Sensient Technologies is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive growth and accelerate long-term success through strategic relationships. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a Sales team in building a robust sales pipeline, gaining new customers, and executing innovative business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop account business plans that outline customer strategies, requirements, and sales forecasts.
- Review and drive margins to achieve SOP targets.
- Build relationships with profitable customers and identify potential gaps in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of business development and sales experience within food & beverage, flavours, specialty chemicals, with at least five (5) years in a sales leadership position directly managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, motivational ability, and teamwork sense.
- Possess the drive and passion to win.
