- Manage daily work orders using JLL's in-house management system, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues.
- Assist in budgeting, invoice approval, and monthly financial reporting, providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities and property queries, providing expert guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities.
- Oversee catering for special events as required, providing exceptional service and ensuring high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor onsite health, safety, and risk management, identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a corporate environment or a background in Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
