Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Manager to join our team at Sinch AB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a great workplace experience for our employees in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Operations: Oversee the overall facility operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Manage health and safety aspects according to regulation, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Relationship Management: Curate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless facility and travel services.
- Project Management: Establish, build, and maintain downstream relationships with regional FM stakeholders to enable deliveries and project works to be scheduled and completed.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and lunchroom areas, equipment, and meeting rooms.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute lunches, small functions, and meetings, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for in-house events.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including raising POs, arranging meetings, issuing invitations, processing invoices, and maintaining MIS of services.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist employees with their travel arrangements in accordance with the Travel policy.
- Onboarding Support: Work closely with HR and Internal IT to support the new starter onboarding process.
- Internal Communications: Manage internal communications, including global public holidays and new starter weekly email.
- Experience: Proven experience in workplace or facilities management roles.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and requirements.
- Relationship Building: Experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
- Project Management: Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
