Workplace Operations Manager

Property Network of Australia is seeking a skilled Workplace Operations Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national service provider of workplace services and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver site operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and strategic delivery.
- Ensure safety compliance for all staff and vendors, maintaining alignment with Australian standards.
- Manage a diverse team across multiple locations, developing a strong professional culture.
- Act as the key relationship manager for the Client's Workplace Principal, ensuring client needs are met.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, accruals, and forecasting for the sites under your remit.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
- Prepare and submit reports in line with contractual and governance requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff, ensuring performance management and engagement.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in Workplace Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Strong client focus and a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing remote teams.
- Financial acumen, with experience handling budgets, forecasting, and procurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and contractors.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (preferred).
- Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.
