About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to play a crucial role in mobilising site and office personnel.

This position is part of our People team, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities include facilitating booking of pre-employment medicals, liaising with candidates and internal managers regarding medical appointments and attending to general enquiries related to the pre-employment medical process.

The successful candidate will also assist with setting up for on-site random drug and alcohol testing, liaise with the Safety department regarding employment suitability following testing results and coordinate with medical providers as required.

Routine administrative tasks such as raising, reviewing and processing purchase orders for medical services will also be a key aspect of this role.

As a member of our team you will work independently and as part of a team, utilising your problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.

To succeed in this role you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
