- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers are aware of their requirements and next steps.
- Conduct identity and security checks, process payments, and verify customer documentation meets standards.
- Enter necessary data into customer management systems and databases.
- Explain the visa medical examination process and key elements, ensuring customers understand the process.
- Prior administration and customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated customer focus, professional approach, and helpful attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers and staff.
- Sound IT and computer skills.
