Guest Service Professional
\At our prestigious hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Guest Service All-Rounder, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
\We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding guest service, handle incoming calls, and respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner. Key responsibilities include:

- Welcome guests at check-in and bid farewell at checkout\
- Respond to incoming calls and provide excellent guest service\
- Action all guest requests efficiently\
- Create opportunities to upsell additional services\

We require someone with sound knowledge of reservation systems, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a 'can do' attitude.
\The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a five-star hotel in a Front Office or Reservations environment. They must be flexible and available to work across seven days of the week, including public holidays when necessary.
